Call for Vendors – Nawi Afrifem Collective Open Call for Vendors, Suppliers and Service Providers for 2025 – 2027

The Nawi Afrifem Collective is working on creating a comprehensive database of vendors, suppliers and service providers in Kenya and across Africa, as part of our procurement pre-qualification process for the period 2025 to 2027.

We are specifically looking for individuals and companies/small business that are owned/led by African women or individuals from minority groups, and/or community-based, and operating across various industries including (but not limited to):

1. Hospitality, Meetings and Conferencing
2. Catering Services (Meetings, Events, Conferences, etc)
3. Logistics, Travel Management and Transport Services
4. Events Management (Conferences, Workshops, Retreats, etc)
5. Insurance and Risk Management
6. Tax, Audit and Financial Services
7. IT Support, Systems Management, including Website Development and Management
8. Supply and/or Maintenance of IT Equipment and Accessories
9. Training and Team Building
10. Facilitation Services (including Healing, Body Movement, Meeting/Conferences, etc)
11. Creative Design and Visual Arts
12. Filming/Videography/Photography and General Audio-Visual Services
13. Printing and Branding Services (including Promotional Materials/Merchandise)
14. Translation, Interpretation and Copy-Editing Services
15. Rapporteuring
16. Public Relations/Corporate Communications Services
17. Office Supplies and General Stationery
