Call for Applications – Resource Organizing Fellowship

Deadline: 13 July 2025 11:59 PM EST

The Resource Fellowship is a 1-year (15 hrs/week/virtual) commitment with the Boston Ujima Project to collaborate with the resourcing team to steward Ujima’s fundraising strategy, offer programmatic management & operations leadership, and evaluation infrastructure. The Boston Ujima Project is largely funded by private foundations and individual donors. Ujima’s resourcing team is focused on increasing our individual donor base, diversifying our revenue streams and centering a cultural and community centered approach to donor mobilization and fundraising.
