Deadline: End of Day, 12 April 2026

QUEERCIRCLE is an LGBTQ+ -led charity working at the intersection of arts, health, and social action. Founded in 2016 in response to the loss of queer spaces across London, the organisation formalised as a charity in 2021 and opened its first physical space in the Design District in 2022. Since then, QUEERCIRCLE has evolved into a growing ecology of artists, health practitioners, researchers, organisers, and community groups committed to systemic change. Through cultural programmes, community-led research, and cross-sector partnerships, QUEERCIRCLE challenges the barriers that restrict LGBTQ+ participation in arts and culture while addressing wider inequities in health, education, and civic life. Our work emphasises lived experience, collective governance, cultural democracy, and solidarity-based economic practices to build ethical, sustainable infrastructure for, and with, queer communities. PURPOSE OF THE ROLEQUEERCIRCLE is establishing a unified, audience-led communications system designed to build sustainable funding streams, attract meaningful institutional partnerships, and position the organisation as a sector leader in queer culture, health, and solidarity economies. The role will lead and develop QUEERCIRCLE’s digital communications and website strategy — transforming our platforms from informational channels into active spaces for community connection, knowledge-building, and participation. The role will also be key to the launch and delivery of our new equitable fundraising initiative, Queer Matter.
