POSITION SUMMARY
ZIMSWA is seeking a dynamic and motivated National Coordinator to lead and manage the implementation of our national programmes. The role involves providing strategic direction, coordinating stakeholders, overseeing planning and evaluation, building partnerships, and ensuring effective communication and reporting. This position requires strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to advancing sex workers’ rights.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant qualification and/or experience. Candidates with sex work experience and/or experience with the sex workers’ rights movement are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in programme coordination or management
- Strong leadership, movement building and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
