Justice for Sisters is an LGBTIQ and gender-diverse human rights group in Malaysia

JFS is seeking applications for a Campaign Consultant who is able to support JFS’ upcoming campaign. The role reports to the Executive Director and includes a remuneration of MYR4,000 per month.

JOB SCOPE

The functions and responsibilities of the role are envisioned below:

  1. Manage and implement campaign 
  1. Manage relationship with key stakeholders and campaign partners, including but limited to storytellers, media partners, and key opinion leaders
  2. Support campaign related fundraising efforts, including but not limited to submission of proposals, engagements with prospective donors
  3. General

DESIRABLE WORK EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  1. Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role or organisation.
  2. Experience developing campaigns and social media content . 
  3. Experience with campaign and social media management, including monitoring and reporting.
  4. Enthusiasm and ability to work as part of  a remote team while being able to work independently. 
  5. Proficiency in video editing and design software, and computer literacy skills, particularly with programmes and applications in Microsoft Office.
  6. Fluent in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
