The Impact & Performance team is a cross-functional shared service within the organisation that monitors the progress of our programs, evaluates the impact of our work, and facilitates the sharing of knowledge and insights. We are the ‘go-to’ resource for data and results, collecting, analysing and reporting key information for internal and external stakeholders. IPM is vital to Women’s World Banking achieving its mission, enabling us to articulate the intended impact of our work, measure progress against those goals, and report on results and impact.

- Salary: $60,000-65,000
Salary range is for candidates based in the New York City Metropolitan area. Outside of the NYC metro, we differentiate salaries based on location.
It is customary for entry-level candidates to join Women’s World Banking at the lower half of the range to leave room for candidates to grow, expand, and develop in the role. It is common for starting salaries to fall in the mid-point of the range for more experienced candidates. We negotiate actual salaries with final candidates based on their exact location, experience in similar roles, and expertise related to the qualifications.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Program Reporting Associate position is a new role within the Impact & Performance team, focused on aggregating information from our global programs and developing compelling reports for donors and other stakeholders. The Associate will be responsible for all programmatic reports due to donors, as well as strengthening the internal knowledge-sharing processes that support reporting.

You’re eager to learn, grow and confidently communicate Women’s World Banking’s work and outcomes to a range of audiences.
- Write compelling and accurate reports for donors and other stakeholders, with respect to the organization’s progress and impact
- Manage, track and analyze grant reporting data for the organization
- Manage internal knowledge-sharing processes, to ensure timely and accurate reporting on all programmatic work
- Identify, develop, and implement strategies to optimize reporting processes
- Project manage cross-functional teams across various time zones to ensure timely, compliant, and compelling programmatic reports
- Maintain and contribute to organization’s internal knowledge hub (i.e., program descriptions, performance summaries, results and outcomes, etc.)
- Identify learnings and insights from programs and elevate to internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and two to four years of professional experience
- Experience or interest in financial inclusion, financial services or international development preferred
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into a clear, compelling narrative
- Exposure to donor-facing communications, grant writing, or reporting is helpful but not required — ideal for someone eager to build these skills
- Proven ability to prioritize, organize and effectively manage multiple competing priorities with excellent attention to details and follow-through
- Ability to integrate new systems and technologies into work; comfort with AI-based tools preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills; capacity to work effectively across diverse teams and settings
- Possess a high degree of self-initiative and resourcefulness and motivated to grow within a mission-driven organization
Measure of Success
Within the first 75 days:
- Train on and fully integrate the use of Women’s World Banking systems, including SharePoint, Copilot and Hive, into your day-to-day activities
- Demonstrate knowledge of Women’s World Banking’s reporting requirements
- Develop a road map to achieving targets and deliverables for the year
- Review, and suggest process improvements for reporting
