Deadline: 02 March 2026

The International Trans Fund (ITF) is the only trans-led global funder dedicated to advancing safety, dignity, and justice for trans people worldwide. We envision thriving, interconnected trans movements that are resourced, resilient, and rooted in transfeminist principles, advancing safety, freedom, and liberation worldwide. Our mission is to mobilize sustainable resources for trans-led organizations and movements worldwide by strengthening collective action and bridging critical funding gaps.

Our grantmaking is led by a global panel of trans activists, grounded in the belief that trans people best understand the needs and priorities of our movements. Since 2017, ITF has invested over USD $10 million in 271 trans-led grassroots organizations across 103 countries. Our work is rooted in transfeminist principles and a deep commitment to human rights, collective care, and movement-building.

This is a strategic, movement-facing role that blends technical MEL expertise with a strong participatory and narrative approach. The Learning & Impact Officer will work closely with ITF staff and grantee partners to co-create learning processes, capture stories of change, and ensure that knowledge generated through ITF’s work meaningfully supports trans-led movements.

The position is part-time over 14 months, with workload fluctuating in line with program timelines and key learning moments. There is a possibility that this role will continue, funding dependent.
